I Should've Chosen Chiropractic Care First!
I started having lower back pain on my right side one morning, and I didn't know why. First, I went to my medical doctor who prescribed pain killers and muscle relaxers, which I could not take because I had to work. Second, I went to a specialist because I was worried I had a kidney infection. I didn't. Next, I went to the Emergency Room whereby several tests, including an MRI, were ordered. The E.R. doctor came back to me and explained that all the tests were negative.
Last, I decided to go visit my chiropractor. I'm on my sixth visit, and I am more than 80% better already! After weeks and weeks of pain and uncertainty, my chiropractor diagnosed my condition, put together a care plan, and I was soon on the road to recovery. My chiropractor also reminded me that if there was a concern of a kidney infection or other pathology, his office routinley performs urinalysis to help rule out kidney conditions.
I write this letter because I feel that everyone should consult a chiropractor before going the route I did. Not only was this form of diagnostic and treatment clinically effective, but after all of my other visits to medical doctors, specialists, and the E.R. -- chiropractic was an extremely cost-effective choice as well!
